We converted iconic vintage Airstream trailers into stylish and elegant bars-on-wheels that brings the party to you!

What We Do
STARBAR brings the Scene, the Sounds, and the Service to any party or event.
Our vintage Airstream mobile bars set the scene with their gorgeous mirror-finished aluminum exterior and stunning rustic chic interior featuring knotty pinewood walls and ceiling with vintage tin accents. A handcrafted wood bar, dual tap kegorator, and versatile party lights instantly attracts your guests. Hang outside at our cocktail tables, or take a step inside for a first-hand view of our selfie-ready interior.

We've got the the sounds covered too. STARBAR features large Bluetooth party speakers that crank out the tunes of your choice with outdoor bass boost power and a built-in light show.
You can set up your own or choose from any of our party-themed playlists.
Not only beautiful, STARBAR is also a fully functional bar with refrigerators, sinks, underbar
ice-bins and prep-tables; all the tools our team of professional bartenders and staff need
to provide the service your special event deserves.
How It Works
The host supplies the alcohol. We do the rest.
STARBAR is mobile and flexible. We bring the bar to the party that you want to host. Cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, sodas, it's your choice. We'll work with you to prepare a beverage menu and overall party experience your guests won't forget. We partner with event planners, caterers, banquet halls, restaurants, etc. Need to rent the trailer for corporate events, brand promotions, photo shoots? We do that too.
We operate in and around the New Jersey Shore area. Our Airstream travel trailer is 18' long, so we'll need flat ground and some space to maneuver to park; but most driveways and streets aren't a problem. Access to water and electricity is preferred. Standard 120-Volt outlets with 15 amp breakers are enough to run equipment, but we have generators, if needed.
STARBAR comes with a dual tap kegorator, beverage refrigerators, commercial grade stainless steel ice bins and prep tables, 3-basin sink, and versatile LED lighting. All parties come with a pre-event beverage consultation, enough water, ice, sodas, plastic tumblers, beverage napkins, stirrers, garnishes, sodas and mixers for all your guests. Outside the trailer we set up cocktail tables, string lighting, a patio rug, and Bluetooth speakers to play your choice of music.

Our Story
STARBAR New Jersey is the latest addition to the STARBAR fleet of Airstreams.
Co-owners, Steve and Anthony, are cousins who grew up on Long Island.
Steve started the company in 2018 with his childhood best friend, Mark.
The team's first trailer, STARBAR Miami, is a 1966 Airstream Globe Trotter
that launched in 2018, and is operated by co-owner, Mark.
The following year Steve found the perfect Airstream to remodel in New York,
a 1967 Airstream Globe Trotter.
After a laborious 14-month restoration project, he brought STARBAR to Long Island.
In 2023, we added STARBAR New Jersey, a classic and rare 1959 Airstream Comet
to service the New Jersey shore area.
Through the decades, these trailers have crisscrossed America as travel campers and created lasting memories of adventure for many families.
Today, our custom mobile bar trailers' are show-stoppers, ready to entertain and bring a memorable experience right to your doorstep!
